Learners can learn from Introduction to Business Negotiations in three to four areas. Firstly, learners can gain an understanding of the elements of a successful negotiation, such as problem-solving and conflict resolution. Secondly, learners can learn the skills and tactics of successful negotiation, such as identifying objectives and challenges of each party. Thirdly, learners can gain an understanding of the business context that motivates each party.
