This course, Successful Negotiation: Essential Strategies and Skills, is designed to help learners develop the skills and strategies necessary to become successful negotiators. Learners will gain an understanding of the four steps to a successful negotiation: Prepare, Negotiate, Close, and Perform and Evaluate.
