Staying Fit is an online course designed to help students develop healthy, long-term lifestyle changes. Each module contains weekly goal check-ins, self-monitoring logs that track the user’s eating, exercise and sleep habits, psycho-educational reading material about a particular topic (e.g., exercise, nutritional foods, the relationship between the media and food, etc), relevant video(s) and pictures, and goal-setting exercises. The course is intended to be self-directed and to be utilized at the user’s own pace, however it is suggested to complete 1 session per week. This program is not considered to be a weight loss program, but rather a weight maintenance program.

The application of this course is to help users develop healthy, long-term lifestyle changes. It is suggested that users complete one session per week in order to maximize the benefits of the course.
