This course provides an introduction to Sales Force Management. In Week 1, students will gain an overview of the recruitment process, including job analysis, duties of a salesperson, job qualifications, recruitment funnel and recruitment sources. Additionally, students will have the opportunity to hear from Mike Cunningham from Fastenal, who will discuss his experience with the Fastenal Vending Machine. At the end of Week 1, students will have a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment process.
