They will be able to identify and address mental health issues in their own lives and in the lives of others. They will be able to recognize the importance of social factors in mental health and well-being, and be able to use various contemporary approaches to health and well-being. They will also be able to use the various mental health explanatory models to better understand mental health issues and develop strategies to address them. Finally, they will be able to synthesize various mental health conceptual and explanatory models to better understand and address mental health issues.
