This course, Managing as a Coach, provides an overview of the essential skills and techniques needed to be an effective manager in today's rapidly evolving workplace. Participants will learn the differences between coaching, managing, mentoring, leading, and training, and how to use each of these roles to their advantage. They will also learn the importance of strong leadership and how to evaluate their current point of view as a leader.
