Diplomas of Spanish as a Foreign Language (DELE): These are official diplomas issued by the Instituto Cervantes on behalf of the Spanish Ministry of Education and Vocational Training. They certify the level of competence and command of the Spanish language according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). There are six levels of DELE diplomas, from A1 to C2, and each one consists of four tests: reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
Certificate of Use of Language in Spanish (CELU): This is an official Certificate that evaluates and certifies the level of Spanish as a second or foreign language. It is issued by the Universidad de Buenos Aires and the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba in Argentina. It is recognized by the Argentine Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
